On an image launched Thursday, the Friends With Kids star, 25, lounges seductively in bed, tablet at hand, clad in only a white button-down, lacy black lingerie, and thigh-high stockings.
"It's amazing that people hold the technology to perform the stuffs that we do," Fox told Allure in 2010. "[But] I'd encourage anyone to first meet with a therapist to try and figure out where this want proceeds from, because a lot of times it isn't associated with your teeth or your nose or your chin--the surgery won't alleviate that insecurity for you."
